Silvia Rodarte

Chief Financial Officer

Silvia Rodarte’s career began in the banking industry in Albuquerque, New Mexico, while she was still in high school. She continued working in banking throughout college. Upon graduating, she accepted a position with the Public Service Company of New Mexico and was later selected to work in the Corporate Office as a Corporate Accountant.

Silvia moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico, when her husband was transferred for his job. She rejoined the banking industry, working her way up to Vice President & Controller and eventually Senior Vice President & Controller. She joined the State of New Mexico in the Division of Finance and Administration (DFA) as a Chief Financial Accountant in 2016 after her bank merged with a larger regional institution.

Silvia transferred to the General Services Department in 2019, where she advanced to Chief Financial Officer and also served as ASD Director for 10 months. She joined the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) in August 2025.

Silvia is married and has two grown children.
