Chief Financial Officer

Eve T. Banner joined Department of Information Technology in May 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BA majoring in both Accounting and Finance.  She received her CPA license in December of 2004.

Eve has been practicing accounting for over twenty years.  Her employment with the State of New Mexico began in 2009 and has worked at TRD (Cash Manager), SPO (CFO), DCA (Account Manager), DOH (started as Financial Account Bureau Chief and then ASD Deputy Director/CFO) and now the CFO of DoIT. 

Ms. Banner became a resident of Santa Fe in 2002.  She lives with her partner, his daughter, her two daughters, and two rescue dogs.  Eve enjoys spending downtime with her family, playing billiards, cooking and crafting.
